Shooting Reported at Texas Tech University Police Department, Campus on Lockdown

This is a breaking story and will be updated.A shooting was reported Monday night at the Texas Tech University police department, the school said. The university reported the alleged shooting at 8:23 p.m. on Twitter. The campus is on lockdown and students, faculty and staff were urged to take shelter.
