A 49-year-old woman was shot late Sunday in East Oak Cliff by someone who fled before police arrived. The shooting occurred about 11 p.m. in the 1100 block of Kingsley Drive, near South Lancaster Road and East Ledbetter Drive.The victim was taken to a hospital.
