A registered sex offender admitted to punching an elderly woman in the mouth over the weekend because he didn't want to talk, San Antonio police said. A.C. Jefferson, 73, was booked into Bexar County Jail Monday on a charge of injury to an elderly person, The San Antonio Express-News reports.Jefferson, who's homeless, previously served time for aggravated sexual assault of an 11-year-old girl and indecency with a child involving sexual contact of a 10-year-old girl, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety sex offender registry.
