Rockwall Homes Evacuated as Lake Ray Hubbard Swells From Heavy Rains

More than a dozen Rockwall homes were evacuated Thursday due to flooding from the heavy rain that has inundated North Texas and gorged Lake Ray Hubbard.The city of Rockwall sent out a statement Thursday afternoon that said the Rockwall Fire Department helped several families evacuate their homes along Lakeside Drive on the east side of the lake.
