Rig Overturns, Spills Chicken Products and Shuts Down Parts of I-20 in Arlington

An 18-wheeler shut down traffic after it overturned and spilled its load of chicken products on Interstate 20 Tuesday morning in Arlington.The wreck occurred just before 4 a.m. on westbound I-20 near New York Avenue, police said. All but one lane of traffic was blocked off while the site was cleaned up.Officials aren't sure what caused the wreck, and no injuries were reported.No estimate was given for when all lanes would reopen.  Continue reading...
