Plano-based Frito-Lay to Serve Cheetos Dishes in NYC at Pop-up Diner

No more having Frito pie steal the menu spotlight.Next week, Plano-based Frito-Lay will head to the Big Apple to open a pop-up eatery -- The Spotted Cheetah. It's billed as the first restaurant devoted to all things Cheetos, the orange crunchy snack with the cheetah mascot.Located in the heart of New York City at 211 W. Broadway, The Spotted Cheetah will be open to the public by reservation only Aug. 15 to 17, serving a menu that combines the cheese and crunch of Cheetos with recipes crafted by chef Anne Burrell, "a long-time Cheetos fan" who operates Phil & Anne's Good Time Lounge in New York.Prices on the three-course menu will range from $8 to $22.
