A strong cold front is on the way! However, before it gets here it will be downright hot later today. Highs will climb into the mid 90s across North Texas. (The record high is 95 in DFW). A chance of thunderstorms will accompany the cold front later this evening. Some storms could produce brief heavy rain, gusty winds, and possibly some hail early this evening.
