Hotter weather is building as we head towards the weekend. Highs should stay in the upper 90s but it will feel hotter than 100. Early morning thunderstorms will be possible the next few days, but mainly in areas northeast of Dallas. A better chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms arrives Sunday into Monday, but it's still no guarantee that everyone will see rain.
