Man Suspected of Sexually Assaulting Woman at Her Far North Dallas Apartment

Police are searching for a man suspected in a sexual assault Monday afternoon in Far North Dallas. The man reportedly went into the woman's apartment near West Spring Valley and Maham roads, threatened her with a weapon and sexually assaulted her, police said. The man also took property from the woman's home and fled in a black Chrysler PT Cruiser with a Dallas Cowboys Star emblem in the middle of the rear window. The man is described as a 23 to 25-year-old Hispanic man who is about 5-7 and 170 pounds. He has a mustache, tattoos on both arms and a mark underneath his left eye. Anyone with information about the man's identification or whereabouts is asked to call Dallas police at 214-671-3593. Anonymous tips may be made to Crime Stoppers at 214-373-8477.
