Man Shot to Death at Apartment Complex in Northwest Dallas

A man was shot and killed early Wednesday at an apartment complex in northwest Dallas, police said. Officers arrived about 3 a.m. at 3131 Norwalk Avenue and discovered the victim lying in the the street. He had been shot multiple times and died at the scene.
