Man Killed by Fleeing Vehicle in Hit-and-run in Central Oak Cliff

A man was struck and killed by a vehicle that didn't stop in a hit-and-run Tuesday morning in central Oak Cliff.Police responded around 1:30 a.m. to the 300 block of West Kiest Boulevard where they found the victim lying in the street. He was pronounced dead at the scene.Witnesses told police they saw the victim "rolling around" in the middle of the road when a car came along and hit him.
