Man Dressed in Women's Clothing Robs Hurst Phone Store at Gunpoint

A large man dressed in women's clothing robbed a Hurst AT&T store at gunpoint Monday morning, according to police.Wearing a baggy floral top, a red floor-length skirt and long brown hair that was "obviously a wig," the man entered the store at 1332 Precinct Line Road around 9:10 a.m with a backpack slung over his shoulder, Hurst police said.He pointed a small semi-automatic handgun at an employee and took a small amount of cash from the register, along with $11,000 worth of cellphones, police said. He then jumped into a getaway car, a white four-door Buick sedan. Police said the suspect has a large build and is likely 30 to 40 years old.
