Man Charged in 2016 Shooting That Killed Grand Prairie 21-year-old

A man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a 2016 shooting that left a Grand Prairie 21-year-old dead.Raymond Lamar Taylor, 34, faces a charge of capital murder. He remained in the Dallas County jail Wednesday, with bail set at $1 million.Taylor is accused of opening fire on 21-year-old Demodrick Anderson, who was found outside his home in the 1100 block of Coffeyville Trail, near Freedom Park, in May 2016. Anderson was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.Authorities believe Taylor shot Anderson while trying to rob him.No further information about the case has been released.  Continue reading...
