WASHINGTON — Texas Republicans have made a lot of noise in opposition to President Donald Trump's new tariffs on steel and aluminum. But that concern is, by no means, limited to just one political party in a trade-heavy state like Texas.Consider Ron Kirk, the former Dallas mayor who served as U.S. Trade Representative under President Barack Obama.The Democrat told The Dallas Morning News on Friday that the simple reality is that Trump's trade actions "will not go unanswered."
