Jurors Deliberating Fate of Man Accused of Killing McKinney Man in Murder-for-hire Scheme

McKINNEY — Jurors are deliberating the fate of Ronald Rosser, 55, a Longview man accused of capital murder in the February 2015 shooting death of a McKinney man in his home.Police say Rosser was paid to kill Richard Moore, 66, by Moore’s wife, Chansamorn Pokai, and her boyfriend, Stephen Brockway.
