A package thief has been running rampant through Lakewood recently — post after post in the neighborhood's Facebook group depicts the same woman stealing boxes from residents' doorsteps.One resident says the woman hit her house twice, first stealing dog food over the weekend.But the second time, she was prepared.Nicole McBee was cleaning her backyard when the idea struck.
