Frisco's Wade Park Lender Calls for April Foreclosure

One of the lenders for Frisco's $2 billion Wade Park development has already scheduled a foreclosure next month.Two firms that loaned more than $130 million on the mixed-use project in February posted the 175-acre development for forced sale earlier this week.But New York-based Gamma Real Estate and Bamcap Partners of Farmers Branch didn't make good on their threat of a March foreclosure.  Continue reading...
