A Dallas officer who was arrested last week on suspicion of driving while intoxicated fled after he crashed into a woman’s fence in Rowlett, arrest records show.Officer Sean Brown, who was assigned to the northeast patrol division, faces a misdemeanor DWI charge. He has been with the Dallas department since August 2008.The 36-year-old officer is on administrative leave pending an internal affairs investigation of the accident, which occurred about 4 a.m. Wednesday.Brown could not be reached for comment Monday.
