Dallas Police in Standoff at Apartment Near Galleria

A person barricaded themselves inside an apartment Sunday near the Galleria in Far North Dallas, and is refusing to surrender. The Dallas police SWAT team was on scene in the 5400 block of Peterson Lane, near Montfort Drive, KXAS-TV (NBC5) reported. It's unclear what started the standoff.More to come.
