Dallas Police Commanders Add Homicide Detectives After Four More Shooting Deaths

After an unusually bloody month, Dallas police officials on Friday announced they will beef up the department's homicide unit and form a new response team to help them.The commanders announced the decision to add staffing, a possibility they've discussed for weeks, after a violent 10-hour period overnight in which four people were shot to death.
