Dallas police arrested two people Monday who were reportedly involved in sex trafficking in three states, including Texas. The department's high-risk victims detectives, along with vice officers and FBI personnel, responded to a call Monday from the southwest patrol division about a possible sex trafficking offense. Detectives arrested Jerry Duncan, 37, and Kathryne Sneed, 23. Both were booked into the Dallas County jail with bail set at $100,000 each. Continue reading...
