A man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend in Dallas has been arrested in Mexico on a murder warrant. Faustino Valdez, 36, was wanted in the slaying of 34-year-old Marisol Espinosa. Valdez will face the murder charge in Dallas. Espinosa was reported missing Dec. 29, 2015. Police officials sent out a public alert that Espinosa was an endangered missing person after her Chevrolet Tahoe was found Jan. 1. Her body was found March 6 under a bridge on Dowdy Ferry Road. Espinosa's relatives believe Valdez killed the mother of three before fleeing to Mexico. Valdez was last seen Jan. 3. A federal arrest warrant was issued last year, and the FBI offered a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to Valdez's arrest. Officials have not said what led to Valdez's capture.
