City Files Lawsuit to Shut Down Dallas Massage Parlor After Raid, Prostitution Arrest

The city of Dallas is attempting to shut down a northwest Dallas massage parlor that officials have accused of operating as an undercover brothel.In a lawsuit filed Monday, the city alleged that Green Spa is running an illicit massage business and has a reputation "as a place where people go to engage in prostitution."The suit also names Sang Hun Shim, the business's owner, and Shady Wi Investment, the domestic limited partnership that owns the property in the 10900 block of Shady Trail.
