Argument Leads to Fatal Shooting of 54-year-old Man in White Rock Neighborhood

An argument between two men who knew each other turned deadly when one fatally shot the other Friday night in the White Rock neighborhood.Bobby Roberts, 56, faces a murder charge after his arrest in connection with the shooting, which happened around 10:45 p.m. in the 1200 block of Peavy Road, police said.Richard Pena, 54, died at the scene from his injuries, police said.The suspect called 911 and told dispatchers he had shot Pena, police said.Roberts is in Dallas County Jail.
