Allowing Abortion Exceptions for Rape and Incest Is Not, Technically, Pro-life

One column won't likely prompt a massive shift of readers to abandon rape and incest exceptions in laws restricting abortion rights. But I hope to explain why pro-lifers have this requirement, and why one is not fully pro-life without it.For years, people have tried to profess a pro-life stance with set-asides for rape, incest and danger to the mother's life.
