Addison Office Building Sells to Local Investors

A Dallas office investor has purchased an Addison office complex.Caddo Holdings has acquired the Sojourn Office Center located west of the Dallas North Tollway near Addison Airport.The 92,346 square foot office building was constructed in 2000 and is 85 percent leased."The sellers bought it in 2016," said Matthew Otte with Whitebox Real Estate. "It was an off market deal and Caddo liked it and were eager to move on it."Otte and Whitebox's John-Michael McGee arranged the sale by Seaboard Capital with Rubicon Representation's Daniel Miller.The Addison purchase is the latest in a series of office building buys along the Dallas North Tollway in recent months.  Continue reading...
