911 Isn't Working for Some Callers in Plano, Rowlett, But Officials Say They're Working on a Fix

Rowlett police say their 911 lines are down, and Plano police say T-Mobile users in their area are having trouble connecting to the city's 911 dispatchers for police and fire help.Both cities are asking people affected by the issue to call a number other than 911 for help. In Plano, T-Mobile users should call 972-424-5678 and people who urgently need help in Rowlett should call 972-412-6201, police said.Rowlett's issues appear to have lasted for about two hours.
