47-year-old Man Last Seen Walking in Southeast Oak Cliff on New Year's

Dallas police are asking for help from the public locating a 47-year-old man last seen on New Year's Day. Mark Castillo was seen walking about 1:30 p.m. Jan. 1 in the 6700 block of Tioga Circle, near Bonnie View Road, in southeast Oak Cliff. Castillo may be confused and in need of assistance, police said. He is a 5-foot-6 Hispanic man who weighs about 215 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. Castillo was wearing a black and white striped beanie, dark-colored jacket over a red Texas Rangers shirt, gray shoes and unknown colored pants.
