27-year-old Man Missing From Oak Cliff May Be a Danger to Himself, Police Say

Dallas police are asking for the public's help in finding a 27-year-old man who may be a danger to himself, officials said Friday.Manuel Conception Chavez was last seen at about 10:40 a.m. Tuesday in the 2800 block of Forth Worth Avenue.Chavez has black hair and brown eyes as well as a star tattoo by his left eye. He is about 5'9'' tall and weighs about 160 pounds, police said. Chavez was driving a 2007 orange Chevy Avalanche with the Texas plate LNH2342.
