The Granada Theater has a stunning tribute planned for Thursday night to remember Carter Albrecht, who's solo record "Jesus is Alive..and Living in London," was just given a physical release.
Doors open at 7 p.m. with a concert at 8 p.m. that will feature performance of Albrecht's music by Salim Nourallah, Chris Holt, Sarah Jaffe, Trey Johnson and many more.
Members of Sorta, including Johnson and Danny Balis, will open the show with solo performances.
Albrecht was best known as a guitarist and keyboard player for Sorta as well as with Edie Brickell & New Bohemians. He died in September of 2007.
