Silver & Blue Debut Set For This Afternoon At JerryWorld

North Texas fans will have their first chance to see the 2012 Cowboys Thursday at Cowboys Stadium

If you’re in the Dallas-Fort Worth area this afternoon, and are into football practices, cheerleaders, large stadiums and that sort of thing, the Dallas Cowboys have the perfect thing for you.

Thursday afternoon is the annual Silver and Blue debut, presented by Miller Lite; the debut consists of an open (and free) workout, performances by the world famous Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders and the Rhythm and Blue team, and a live broadcast by the team’s flagship station, 105.3 FM The Fan.

For the strictly football-interested fan, it’ll be the first chance for North Texans to get a glimpse of newcomers like Morris Claiborne and Brandon Carr in the flesh.

Plus, remember, it’s free--aside from the parking, that is. Parking is $10 a vehicle, which is still pretty cheap compared to what parking costs during the regular season.

Anyway, parking lots open up at 2:30, gates will open at 3:30 and practice will begin at 4:30.
