Traffic cameras caught an early morning chase through four North Texas cities.

Texas Department of Transportation cameras along US 75 followed a chase that began in Dallas as a traffic stop.

Dallas police said as the officers were pulling the driver over, he sped away and traveled through Richardson and Plano before coming to a stop in Allen.

The chase ended in the parking lot of a 7-Eleven at US 75 and McDermott, where the driver stopped his vehicle and was arrested. The driver's identity has not been released to NBC 5.

The driver kept a low speed during the pursuit, going only 50 mph in a 65 mph zone. The chase lasted about 20 minutes in total.
