Back in April, cougar hot-spot Martini Park dried-up in Plano due to a mix of rezoning and lease issues. But on September 3, the Shops at Legacy will have a new hot spot in the old Martini Park space -- Sambuca 360.

NBCDFW's Brendan Higgins visited the space when it still had Martini Park on the signs and heard from brother-sister duo Kim and Holly Forsythe on the plans for the spot.

"360 will bring us back to a more casual ambience with some of our original dishes making their encore on the menu," Kim Forsythe comments in a recent press release.

The key, the Forsythes say, is bringing the food, drinks, and live music together under one roof. "We create the pefect evening out...great food, rockin' atmosphere and a variety of live music, 7 days a week," claims the press release.

We'll see how many cougars feel the same way.
