NOSH CITY: If the fancy strikes you to visit any of DFW's most-hyped dining spots this week, be sure to call ahead. Today, the meat of KRLD's charity focused Restaurant Week series begins, and appreciators of fine cuisine for cheap have reserved at least a chunk of the tables at more than 120 participating restaurants where they'll indulge in three courses for $35 through Sunday. DOWNTOWN LOVERS: Conflicting work schedules, martini-soaked balcony run-ins with exes and money-rooted power struggles: the sagas of modern romance seem like a day at the spa in the shadow of "West Side Story."
