The governors of North Dakota and Texas have made a friendly wager on the outcome of the NCAA Football Championship Subdivision national championship game.
The Saturday afternoon game in Frisco pits North Dakota State against Sam Houston State.
North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple has wagered a case of North Dakota-made Dreamfields low-carb pasta, while Texas Gov. Rick Perry has put a box of south Texas grapefruit on the line.
