Mavericks superstar Dirk Nowitzki and girlfriend Jessica Olsson are now man and wife -- and they have been since July.

Dallas District Judge Craig Smith confirmed to NBC 5 he married the couple on July 20 in a small ceremony at Nowitzki's home.
Smith told the Dallas Morning News that Nowitzki and Olsson have a valid marriage license and that the couple and a few close family members are having an official ceremony in an undisclosed location in the Caribbean.
That might be how Mavericks spokespeople wiggled around confirming Dirk's marriage about a month ago when our Meredith Land interviewed him.
Smith also said he received a Mavs jersey and a personal note from Dirk thanking him for performing the ceremony.
Update: According to Smith, the ceremony he performed was actually the second ceremony for Nowitzki and Olsson. The first was held in Kenya on July 7.
