Utes' Last-Minute Touchdown Downs Horned Frogs

TCU Loses Heartbreaker to Utah

No. 11-ranked TCU is no longer in the BCS discussion and they are just about eliminated from the Mountain West Championship after a last-minute 13-10 loss to No. 10-ranked Utah Thursday night.

Utah quarterback Brian Johnson threw a touchdown to Freddie Brown with just 47 seconds left in the game to beat the Horned Frogs, who had led the entire game.

TCU had 2 chances to increase their 10-6 in the last six minutes of the game, but both times kicker Ross Evans missed field goals.

Earlier in the game, Andy Dalton took a pair of sacks that pushed the Horned Frogs out of field goal range twice.

In the end, TCU falls to 9-2 on the season.  They are basically eliminated from the BCS race. To win the Mountain West, they need to beat Air Force in two weeks and have Utah to lose to either San Diego State or BYU.
