County Road 319 in Johnson County was closed overnight Tuesday after a semitrailer spilled fuel onto the road, officials say. [[322257062,C]]
The driver was crossing railroad tracks near Balch Road in Alvarado when the truck's fuel tank ripped just before midnight Wednesday, according to authorities.
Hazmat crews finished cleaning the nearly 100 gallons of fuel that spilled, but officials said County Road 319 would be closed for most of the day Wednesday.
