Duncanville police are warning people about a flat tire scam happening in shopping center parking lots and gas stations.
Officers say a man is intentionally damaging the tires or letting the air out of them. Then, when the victim returns to their vehicle, he offers to fix the tire for money.
The man is targeting senior citizens and women who are traveling alone in Duncanville and Dallas.
Police have not revealed a thorough description of the individual.
