North Texans are not only coming together to help each other after the devastating storms touched down on Tuesday, but there are now also resources in place to help find lost pets.

This morning NBCDFW was alerted to a Facebook page where North Texans are posting pictures of animals who are missing or have been found in the storms.

The page creators are asking you to post a picture of the animal, a description of the pet and where the animal was either found or went missing.

The page has close to 1,000 likes already and is full of people looking for their lost pets. So we warn you, if you are an animal lover, like many of us are, it may bring a tear to your eye.

There are also success stories of pets who have been reunited with their "people."

You can access the page here and also many shelters have set up Facebook posts to help lost and found pets.
