A Collin County judge has rules in the ongoing custody battle between Deion Sanders and his estranged wife Pilar Sanders. The Sanders' boys will live with Deion at their Prosper home, their daughter will live with Pilar at their home in Celina. The couple will share custody when the school year ends.
A Collin County judge has ordered ex-Cowboy Deion Sanders to pay child support, mortgage payments on Pilar Sanders' new home, and more in attorney fees.
Deion Sanders will pay around $10,500 a month in child and spousal support payments and a $3,500 mortgage payment for Pilar Sanders' new home until the divorce is finalized.
The judge also ordered Deion to pay $275,000 in attorney fees for Pilar's attorneys.
Pilar Sanders was ordered to return six containers of property to Deion Sanders' home by July 1.
The Sanders' sons will stay with Deion through the school year, while their daughter will stay with Pilar. The couple will share custody over the summer.
