Coach Resigns Amid Allegation of Improper Relationship

A North Texas coach has resigned amid an allegation of an inappropriate relationship with a student.

The girls soccer coach at Cedar Hill High School, Daniel Clay, was accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 17-year-old student.

School officials said there was evidence that there were notes or letters passed between the two, but no allegations of sexual misconduct were reported

Clay had worked for Cedar Hill since August 2006.
