Two businesses and a construction site were evacuated, along with two residences, after a gas leak was detected Friday afternoon in Benbrook.[[399079631,R]]
No injuries or illnesses have been reported following the leak in the 100 block of San Saba Avenue.
A nearby Waffle House and Starbucks were evacuated, as was a construction site on the 8500 block of Benbrook Boulevard and two homes on San Saba Avenue.
As of 4 p.m. Atmos utility crews were on site, working to make repairs.
