Arlington Flashing Suspect Arrested: Police

    NBC 5 News
Arlington police said the man suspected of flashing female joggers while driving a red Dodge Neon has been arrested.

A man suspected of flashing his genitals to several women in Tarrant County has been arrested, police said Tuesday afternoon.

Robert Maxwell, 34, was arrested in Mansfield and booked on one count of indecent exposure in Mansfield and three counts of indecent exposure in Arlington.

Since June 28, police have been investigating reports of a man driving a red Dodge Neon in the nude who would pull up alongside joggers and make inappropriate comments to them before eventually driving away.

Three of the reported incidents took place near Bowman Springs Park on Lake Arlington, and the alleged victims all provided a similar description of the man and the vehicle that led investigators to Maxwell, police said.
