Arlington Businesses Evacuated Due to Suicide Threat

A business office at The Highlands shopping center in South Arlington was evacuated Friday morning after an armed man threatened suicide.

The business office where the man was located is on the second floor of the 3900 block on Arlington Highlands Blvd., near Gloria's Restaurant.

The man surrendered without incident to police officers around 10 a.m. Friday morning.
