An Amber Alert was issued for a missing 17-year-old girl from Waxahachie Sunday afternoon.
Police issued the alert for 17-year-old Victoria Helen Upchurch. Officers linked her disappearance to Chance Casper Foster, 18.
The alert was discontinued at 6:45 p.m. Sunday.
