Amber Alert Canceled for Two Central Texas Teens

Authorities have issued an amber alert for two Central Texas teens. Misty Chyann Sloan, 15 [pictured left] and Savannah Meshell Sloan, 13 [pictured right] have been missing from Kingsland, Texas since Wednesday.

The Department of Public Safety has canceled an amber alert two Central Texas teenagers.

Misty Chyann Sloan, 15, and Savannah Meshell Sloan 13, were last seen on Wednesday.

Authorities say they have been found safe. No additional information has been provided.

Police were looking for 33-year-old Keith Taylor Mize, a suspect in the disappearance of the two teens. Mize is 5 foot 11 inches tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds.

Mize was believed to be driving a black 2001 Ford Explorer with Texas license plat BT2-2261. The vehicle was last seen in Kingland on Wednesday.

Law enforcement officials initially believed these children were in grave or immediate danger.
