Smoking banned in bars, restaurants

    The city of Lewisville has voted to snuff out cigarettes.

    The City Council approved an ordinance Monday night that bans smoking in bars and restaurants, as well as most hotels and motels.

    The measure also forbids people from lighting up within 25 feet of any place where smoking is banned.
