Lewisville Considers Roadside Animal Sales Ban

The city of Lewisville is close to banning roadside sales of animals.

Council members gave initial approval to an ordinance Monday night that would make it illegal to sell animals in parking lots or on the side of the road.

But two council members objected to a provision that would ban people from driving with dogs in the back of pickup trucks.
