Jon Sans Kate Went House Hunting in NYC: Report

Fueling swirling rumors of an impending divorce, Jon Gosselin spent yesterday checking out some potential new digs in Manhattan, according to published reports.
It looks like divorce is imminent for the stars of "Jon and Kate Plus 8." TLC, the network home of America’s latest favorite dysfunctional family, released a statement Thursday saying Jon and Kate Gosselin will announce a major decision on their reality show "Jon & Kate Plus 8" on Monday’s episode.
Many have speculated that announcement will include news of a separation. Could a move to the Big Apple be in the cards for at least one member of the unhappy couple?
Jon was checking out a spot at Trump Place on the Upper West Side on Friday, according to Gawker.com. But it looks like the TV star won't be bogged down by alimony to his wife and eight kids if the divorce rumors are true. Jon was looking at a $3,200 one-bedroom place facing the river, reports The New York Daily News.
A source close to Jon told People.com that he has been trekking back and forth to New York a lot as of late, adding that the reality TV dad has been doing fine despite all the drama surrounding his marriage.
Both Jon and Kate have fended off rumors of infidelity in recent weeks. He's accused of cheating with a 23-year-old schoolteacher; she's charged with getting hot and heavy with her bodyguard. The couple denies the respective allegations against them.
